David DiMarco is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with nearly four decades of experience. He began his career in 1984, negotiating multi-family commercial property exchanges, and has become an expert in contract negotiation, leverage, cap rates, and discounted notes and mortgages.
Driven by his passion for real estate investment, David purchased distressed properties and started acquiring foreclosures in Henderson in 1994. He initially joined Keller Williams before expanding his expertise into loan originating at North American Finance. Later, he transitioned into a partnership position at North American Realty of NV and eventually became the CEO of Reliable Mortgage Company.

In 2021, Collin was recognized as the highest-producing VA originator in the country by units.
